Equipment & Supplies Education at Purdue University
was developed to prepare students for a career in the foodservice industry's
supply side, including facility design, sales, manufacturing and distribution.
The program was launched at The NAFEM Show in 2003, and the first undergraduate
students entered the program in January, 2004.
