Court postpones hearing on EPA HFCs

The U.S. Court of Appeals has postponed oral arguments in a lawsuit against a 2016 EPA rule banning certain HFCs until at least March 1. The case of Mexichem Fluor, Inc., et al. v. EPA contests EPA’s decision that some HFCs are “unacceptable.”
