When and how did your business get started?

Wasatch Co. started in 1978 by supplying bar towels and other textile products to the industrial laundry industry which supplies to foodservice clients. We pride ourselves on being a company that educates its clients on the products we make and that our moral and ethical standards come before the business side of things.

What do you love most about the foodservice E&S industry?

Since 1978, our business philosophy has been established with one primary goal in mind, new products and customer satisfaction. In an industry that is ever evolving with new styles, technology and innovation; we aim to keep up with saving money to exceed our customer’s expectations.

What do you find most challenging about the foodservice E&S industry?

With the changing times, buyers are more often searching for the best price, not keeping in mind the highest quality for the product. The most challenging part for us is educating our customers on the differences in products at multiple price points.

What excites you about joining NAFEM?
