Charlie is responsible for the association’s industry and government relations, market research and technical liaison activities. With the help of exceptional volunteers, Charlie works to make a positive impact for NAFEM members and the industry. He serves on several industry advisory committees including, ASTM Committee F26 on Foodservice Equipment, Chef Magazine, CSA Group’s Fuels and Appliances Strategic Steering Committee, the Food Service Technology Center Technical Advisory Committee and the NSF International Food Equipment Joint Committee. Charlie also earned ServSafe Food Protection Manager Designation in 2004 and became a Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) in 2006.
