NAFEM has released its 2019 Compensation & Benefit Study, which was designed to assess compensation and benefits practices of NAFEM member companies. This data report presents the overall findings from the study, including but not limited to the following:

  • Company information (geographic location, sales, etc.)
  • General workforce information
  • Recruitment and retention
  • Benefits provided
  • Compensation information (salary/hourly pay; starting, average and high, bonus, number of employees, etc.) across 90 E & S manufacturing positions, from production through executive level.
