Equipment & Supplies Overview Seminar(CFSP)

Conducting an In-House Seminar

Instead of waiting until the next NAFEM-Sponsored Seminar, you may conduct the seminar at your own company. The CFSP (Certified Food Service Professional) examination may also be conducted in conjunction with the seminar.

Costs are as follows:

Equipment and Supplies Overview Seminar Conducted In-House
This covers attendance for a maximum of 25 people and text books for 20 people.
          $3,000.00
Travel Expenses for Instructor
Airfare, hotel, meal expenses, transportation, etc.
  Variable
Application fee per individual taking the CFSP exam
Necessary if the individual is taking the exam; NOT necessary for those only attending E&S Seminar.
  $150 per person
